Volunteer Teams

The following teams are made up of neighbors in Carrington Ridge who volunteer to make the community a friendly, safe, and fun place to live! If you would like to volunteer on any of the teams, please send an email to one of the team Chairs below.

Architectural Control Committee
This team maintains and enforces all neighborhood restrictions dealing with appearance, improvements and modifications (ie. fences, landscaping, home improvements, etc.)

Social Team
This team plans events and activities to build community and make Carrington Ridge a fun, exciting, and friendly place to live.

Communications Team
This team communicates neighborhood information by maintaining the neighborhood website and publishing a periodic newsletter.

Website Administrator - Robert Rivera

Pool/Pavilion/Playground Team
This team manages the pool and pavilion schedule and policies. They also serve as a liaison between the homeowners and the contracted pool company.

Landscape/Beautification/Open Space Team
This team oversees the upkeep of common areas and entrances. They also serve as a liaison between the homeowners and the contracted landscaping company.  The Beautification Team oversees the beds at the entrances and the pool area, providing flowers and seasonal decorations.

Neighborhood Watch Team
The newest team in our community, the Neighborhood Watch Team, in cooperation with local police, plans, implements and promotes activities in our community to make Carrington Ridge a safe place to live and raise a family..
